Based on the project from Mazzoni as part of Ballestra Group, the worldwide leader in developing, engineering and supplying technologies, processing plants and proprietary equipment for Surfactants, Powder and Liquid Detergents, we are planning to launch production in the years to come.
PLANT DESIGN BASIS

The future project will be concerning n°2 batch liquid detergent production plants based on the proven Mazzoni Soap technology.

One plant will be designed for standard liquid detergent while production will be performed in one standard reactor of 4 MT/batch.

The second plant will be designed for special formulations like cosmetic products, gels, emulsions and special products requiring hot process.

Each plant will be designed to produce 4 MT/batch.

The plant can be operated up to 24 hours/day on a three(3)-shift basis.

Single Conical Screw Compounding Line

GRANULATOR 1500 is a special purpose machine for compounding of plasticized PVC. It works
with conical screw principle. It is used for producing soft PVC compound such as PVC cable
compounds, clear PVC pipe compounds and PVC gaskets compounds.
